Frank J. Lebda

Frank is a Certified Public Accountant with a broad background in accounting, financial, and tax related issues. He has experience in serving clients in a diversified number of fields, including companies in construction, manufacturing, banking and mortgage banking/mortgage brokerage. Frank has served as trustee of certain trusts, treasurer for not-for-profit organizations, and he has served as a sub-committee chairperson for the Illinois CPA Peer Review Program. Additionally his extensive experience has enabled him to perform reviews of firms that are members of the Illinois CPA Society.

Currently Frank serves on the board of directors of a multi-million dollar manufacturing company and serves on the finance committee of a not-for-profit organization.

Frank constantly works to broaden and refresh his skills. He takes pride in his ability to counsel his clients who consider him a great asset and an integral part of their decision making process.

Frank started his career in the Chicago office of Ernst and Young, formerly Ernst and Ernst, in 1977. After beginning his own firm in 1986 he combined with Wonak and Co in 1997 to form and manage the firm of Lebda, Heidloff, Wonak & Co.

Frank is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.

Dean W. Heidloff

Dean has built a 13-year career serving small to medium size companies and their owners. He concentrates in providing audit, review, compilation, tax , and consulting services to corporations and non-for-profit organizations. He also provides tax preparation and tax planning services for individuals. Dean specializes in the construction, manufacturing, and mortgage banking industries.

Early in his career, he received his public accounting training from individuals with national accounting firm backgrounds. This has enabled him to perform services with efficiencies rarely seen in typical small accounting firms, saving clients time, effort, and most importantly, money. Prior to public accounting, Dean worked in industry as a Controller for a multi-million dollar recycling company. In addition, Dean is currently serving in a CFO capacity for a multi-million dollar construction company. This has allowed Dean to experience "both sides of the fence" of the accounting industry and has enhanced his ability to communicate with and serve the needs of Owners, CFO's, and Controllers. Dean became a partner in 1997.

Dean takes pride in his ability to provide decision makers with accurate, timely, and meaningful information. He is constantly working to broaden and improve his skills through additional training from a national accounting firm and continuing education programs. He holds an Illinois CPA license and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants.
